I wanted to take a few moments to thank you for the exceptional service I experienced as a client of your company. I was already impressed with your commitment to get a trailer to me on such short notice, but I was absolutely stunned when the trailer was being backed onto my property only 15 minutes after our conversation. Your driver was very polite, pleasant, and offered great advise with respect to how I could best use my trailer, and the other services that you offer. I appreciated that he took the time to maneuver the trailer so that I would not have to carry some of the heavy items very far. Trailer pickup was equally prompt, and your billing process was efficient, transparent, and very economical. It is obvious to me, based on my interaction with you and your employees, that your company places a very high priority on customer service. I will certainly be a repeat customer, and would recommend Tidy Trailer to anyone with rubbish removal needs.

Dear Rob,

Thank you for the excellent service.  Please thank your scheduler and driver for delivering the bin prior to 10:00am 11Jul2010 as agreed in our initial call early on 10Jul2010.  However, based on my phone call at 13:00 on 10jul2010 that the roofing shingle people had delivered the shingles on to the roof earlier than expected; the bin arrived at 17:15 on 10Jul2010 thanks to your late working driver.  It saved me having to move the shingles into the bin that would have been tossed onto the ground on the evening of 10Jul2010.

I have told 3 of my neighbours so far of the excellent service.  I am considering requesting another bin in several weeks to send away more junk.

Just wanted to send a big “Thank You!”. Your friendliness and efficient service was hugely appreciated and with plenty more cleaning up to do and renovations in our near future we will absolutely be in touch. It was great to schedule a trailer on short notice and even better that we had it for the weekend…sorry about the car blocking the driveway which postponed the pickup, some things just can’t be planned for I found out about your company at the Epic show at the Vancouver Convention Center and on top of being thrilled with the great value I wanted to mention that I appreciated that your team took the time to phone and keep me informed on when the trailer would arrive, total weight/cost, etc.. We have already referred you to many of our friends and now *almost* look forward to more junk sorting

I just wanted to take a minute out of my day and write this letter of thanks to Rob and his staff at Tidybins.
I was left with the task of sourcing out someone who could supply us with a waste removal bin for a house and yard cleanup.
Not having a clue where to start I hit the internet and did a search and found many different companies offering various products and services.
When I contacted Rob right away he was offering options to save me money….well that was a good start, especially for a red blooded Scotsman like me.
He took the time out to answer my questions and filled me in on the details and 2 days later I chose his company because I felt the price and the service he was offering was the best available and you know what it was.
The bin arrived as scheduled, it was clean and when I panicked 3/4 of the way through the job and thought we were going to fill it before all the junk was gone…no problem cause he was willing to have his driver Oliver come by immediately, dump it and bring it right back….thank you very much. I believe that’s what you call customer service.
Well long story short I got all the junk in the bin, made a call to Rob and 90 minutes later his bin and our junk were gone and the cold beer was flowing.
In closing I will gladly hire Tidybins in the future for any waste removal projects I have and I will most definitely recommend Tidybins to any family, friends or acquaintances who require removal services.

Recently, Oliver and myself were asked to interview and discuss the possibilty of our own tv series with a Toronto production company. I love the idea, I think if done well would provide an inside look at the day to day operations of a junk removal and disposal company, as well show our customers and viewers what you don’t get to see. Oliver is more reluctant, mainly he thinks productivity and service will lose to the filming crew.
I thought we should put it out to our customers, what do you think, should we pursue our own series?

Rob, we spoke earlier today and you were good enough to send a young man (Travis, I think?) around to remove our old treadmill. The job is just done and we are so pleased about that! We wanted it gone, for sure, but I must add that Travis was very polite, incredibly strong and he is credit to your organization, based on our experience.

It’s always easy to criticize but sometimes we don’t always remember to compliment…thus my note!

“We knew our townhouse would be a ‘project’ but we had no idea how big a project it would become! After taking down a couple of walls, we soon found out we had a lot more demolishing to do to bring the previous owner’s renovations up to code. That created a LOT of trash! It was important to us that as much of it as possible be recycled. We found a home for our old kitchen cabinets and appliances. What was great about Tidy Trailers was that most of the rest could be recycled, too…steel studs, drywall, wood and plumbing. One of the challenges of renovating a condo is the lack of space to pile up debris. In no time you are drowning in it. In the end we used Tidy Trailers half a dozen times.
Rob, Oliver and their crews arrived sometimes with just a few hours notice. Each time they were fast, friendly and left the place spotless…so we could keep going. What a relief to see all that stuff head out the door! We have used other trash removal companies in the past but there is no comparison when it comes to price and service. It has been a great year at TidyTrailers, thanks to all our customers. We want to announce the winners of our trip to Vegas is Kirk Williams of Vancouver.
