Waste Removal & Recycling Bin Rates

ALL Waste Disposal & Recycling Bins are one low price.

The cost to dump varies on the materials we pick up, below are different types of materials and what we charge for recycling and disposal.

General Garbage & Household Junk
$115 per tonne, charged per 100kg*

Construction Debris
Must contain at least 80% recyclable material (Wood, Metal, Cardboard)
$92 per tonne, charged per 100kg*

Clean Wood & Dimensional Lumber
$65 per tonne, charged per 100kg*

Asphalt Roofing
$70 per tonne, charged per 100kg*

Yard Waste
$95 per tonne, charged per 100kg*

Drywall
Due to recent changes please, contact our office for current rates

Clean Concrete (no rebar or mesh)
6 yard or 10 yard bin $249 including dump fees

Mixed Soil, Rubble & Concrete, and Concrete with Rebar
6 yard or 10 yard bin $499 including dump fees

Clean Soil (no rocks, sod or debris)
6 yard or 10 yard bin $429 including dump fees

Cardboard
No charge

Clean Mixed Metal
No charge

* Some areas of Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley may be subject to fuel surcharges depending on fuel prices at time of booking. Surcharges will be disclosed to the customer prior to delivery

Bin Sizes from 6-30 Yards

All bins include delivery, pick-up, and seven day rental.
Bins kept longer than seven days are subject to $15.00 per day rental charge.
The maximum weekly charge is $45.00.

Restricted Items

Do not put any of the items listed below in the bins, a 100% dump fee surcharge will be applicable.

• No Paint
• No Chemicals
• No Hazardous Waste
• No Electronics: computers, TVs and other Recyclable Electronics
• No Propane Tanks
• No Lead Acid Batteries
• Biomedical Waste, including sharps
• Liquid Wastes and Sludges
• Explosive Substances
• Chemicals or Other Materials which may create hazardous working conditions
• Inflammable Materials
• Materials hot enough to start combustion
• Automobile Bodies or Boat Hulls
• Waste Oil, Petroleum By-Products or Used Oil Filters
• Dead Animals and Animal Parts including bones, feathers, skin, hair, nails and teeth (excluding processed meat)
• All Forms of Excrement
• Barrels, Drums, Pails and other large Liquid Containers, whether full or empty

The following items are accepted for recycling but may be subject to a material surcharge. Material surcharges are determined by the recycling facility.

• Tires $5.00/each item
• Mattresses $20.00/each item
• Computers, TV s and other recyclable electronics $5.00/each item

Note: Any garbage loads containing drywall will be billed out at $360.00 per tonne. Concrete or fill loads containing garbage will be billed at $115.00 per tonne.
