I've lost count of how many times I've hired this company (many) and each experience has been a 10+. The staff is amazing, they're incredibly helpful and friendly. I've lost a lot of money on other junk removal companies in the past (before I learned about Tidy) and haven't looked back since my first booking with Tidy. I absolutely recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

Just wanted to pass on the awesome service I received from Kyersten at TidyTrailers! She really provided excellent customer service! We found out very suddenly that we had to move out of the city. The process was extremely stressful. She took the time to really listen to our needs, provide the best service and was super patient with all my questions. She offered great suggestions and advice and her kind words really helped out in a stressful situation. The bin arrived promptly, and I had no idea all the things I could put in there. She was very clear about the restrictions and pick-up details. When I messed up my pick-up call, she was understanding and clear. I even recommended Tidy Trailers to my family!
