This is the first time I used this company, and definitely will again. When I called I had the pleasure of talking to Kyersten. She was extremely helpful and really took the time to find out what I needed. She did not rush me through the phone call. It is one of the few companies that I have dealt with that made me feel like a person instead of just an invoice number. I will definitely be suggesting this company to anyone who needs a bin. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tidy Trailer and the fantastic service they provide. I operate a small renovation company that has several projects going at all times. Kirsten is always very quick to respond to my requests and takes the time to evaluate the best option for my project. The bins or trailers are delivered and picked up efficiently. The guys they have to do trash pick ups are truly remarkable. Always respectful and courteous, no matter what the task. And, they always leave the site clean. I just love them!!
